We have learnt many useful methods for teaching-learning practice in TTF. For example

• Creating coaching culture - build up a culture of helping hand in teaching community and good link between management and teachers to reach children in effective way.
• Communication skill - skill full questioning, paraphrasing, reflecting the fact-emotion, 
• KWL sheets and many lesson planning methods
• Process of observation and feedback which will help to get the correct picture of real classroom situation, children response, corrections for next steps.

We have to practice, what we learnt in TTF to make change at personal level and also at school level. It will help us to think beyond the boundaries of school, system and connects us with each child. world.
